Return Policy We here at Amazing Grace concentrate on getting our customers exactly what they want and need on the first try. As we are a small shop with limited resources, we have a "No Cash Refund" policy unless otherwise arranged. We will, of course, repair or replace, at our discretion, any merchandise found to be faulty. It is our sincere hope that our customers will appreciate the time and effort that we expend on making sure that our instruments are properly set up and play the very best that we can make them. We will not accept instruments from our suppliers that are defective or inconsistant with the standards that we adhere to. Used instruments, of course, are sold "As Is" but we make every effort to describe and picture each one so that there are no hidden defects. We also take the time to clean and set up all of our instruments, whether they belong to us or are on consignment. |
